Hernando Pizarro is an average Joe. There is no flashy charisma or fancy preaching. On the contrary, there are plenty of everyday activities punctuated by triumphs, failures, and breakthroughs from darkness. He doesn't see ministry as just for those with credentials. Everyone is called to something. He believes anyone can answer the call to ministry beyond the four walls of the church building, including in everyday settings like the workplace, the supermarket, the gas station, etc.
